RMCN RISEAC Launches HRD 2075 Push at Career Expo

By Staff Reporter | Education

PORT MORESBY: RMCN RISEAC Education and Training Services used its first quarter Career Expo on March 6 to host a Partnership Networking Collaboration Gathering and promote its Human Development Model, RISEAC HRD 2075.

Mrs Sabina Mong, National Director for RISEAC, said the RISEAC HRD program is structured into eight phases for implementation and is being rolled out in partnership with the Department of Provincial and Local Level Government.

She said the eight phases are linked to key levels of government and administration, including wards and ward councillors, LLGs and LLG presidents, district administrators and district MPs, and provincial administrations and provincial governments.

Mrs Mong said the program also aligns with the National Ward Development Framework (NWDF), which identifies five key areas tied to ward councillors.

They include education, with a focus on early childhood phonics learning and provincial-based early phonics teacher training; business, through the progression of SMIs to SMEs, business and investments; health, through ward-based aid posts and basic health services; peace, law and order, covering law, justice, policing and churches; and energy and light, aimed at powering ward-based stations.

Mrs Mong said the model is designed to drive human development through a phased structure linking ward, local level government, district and provincial systems.
